29/3/2011. day7

thank god last day on the protein alone , i so miss the vegetables so from tomorrow i will eat veggiesss hurrayyy, i will even eat all of my spinach lol .

breakfast : dunkan galette .
lunch: tuna  
snack : yogurt
dinner : steak with Pepsi diet  

i am going to eat vegetables tomorrow . i have never been so excited to eat a salad , i will weigh my self tomorrow hopefully i lost some kilos :D

28/3/2011. day 6

 i am sick today , the weather is not stable so you get sick easily . when i am sick i always go to comfort food, today i resisted like hell until i came back home and ate a cookie :(  not a good thing. i have to get over it and continue with my diet no matter what .

breakfast : yogurt + oat flakes
lunch : tuna
snack: yogurt again
dinner : fillet .

im writing with a lot of difficulty , i  have a headache , i will be fine hopefully tomorrow

27/3/2011. day 5

it is Sunday , and i decided to stay at home , i feel i need to rest even though i am not doing any exercises, i need to make myself move more , i have to admit lately i became so lazy.
i started my day with coffee  , i didnt wnat to eat breakfast instead i waited till lunch time and i ate some chicken .. so here is my menu for today .
breakfast: coffee
lunch :  chicken breast + Pepsi diet
snack : skimmed yogurt  .
dinner : 300 g steak .

tomorrow  i am going to weigh myself hopefully it will show me that i lost some kilos :D:D::D:D
i will pray from tonight ... until tomorrow  see you

26/3/2011. day 4

it is Saturday so i decided to go with my sister and another friend to sayda , a place two hours away from my home near the sea . woke up and prepared my galette then hit the road .
we had a great time until lunch time , i was afraid to order something that will ruin my diet cause the girls ordered pizza , 2 medium pizza on each side of me , oh my god the smell killed me  hehhehe.
but i resisted and ordered grilled chicken , and the waiter serve me my lunch on a big plate with fried fries and a salad... is he for real !!!!! i ate my chicken , it was so good but my eyes were on the fries just perfect fries , i did not touch them , but let me tell you this was pure temptation right there on my plate . now i know that i am a strong girl ... the smell of pizza and the fries , the sweets after that and i did not touch them . i am so proud of me : D.

dinner : steak .

25/3/2011. day 3

i had a good day today relaxing at home though this day is tough i felt tired and a bit dizzy . the good thing about it i noticed that my clothes were not tight as they usually are  :D so hopefully dr dunkan is right and i am on the right track .

 breakfast : galette + coffee
lunch : steak + 2 pieces of crab
snack : coffee ( cause i felt a bit tired even though i slept well and a bit cold )
dinner : fillet with pepsi diet.

2 liter of water and i dance for exercise , it always feels good to do so .

24/3/2011. day 2

second day , i realize that i have a long journey ahead of me but i can handle it .....::P..... i hope .

breakfast : galette + one cup of coffee
lunch : grilled meat
snack :0 fat yogurt .

i didn't have any dinner i was not hungry . the water is making me feel full.
i drunk 2 liter of water today which  i think a year supply for me cause i hate water , because of this diet i am thirsty so it is helping me to drink .

23/.3./2011. day 1

first day was not so bad , except for the going repeatedly to the bathroom because of the one and half water that i have to drink per day.
today i had : 
breakfast : dunkan galette .
lunch : tuna
snack : 3 crab sticks
dinner : 2 meat burger of course without the bread :( i have to get used to that ) but i added some mustard
snack : 2 crab sticks

i drank a liter of water , 2 cups of tea and a Pepsi diet can (  that was the highlight of the day , having my coke).
i did not walk today,i didn't have any time but tomorrow i have to start with 30 min walking  , it is a must .
